This library consists of 190 human kinases and kinase-related open reading frames (ORFs) cloned into a retroviral vector which adds a myristoylation sequence and flag-epitope tag to each ORF.
This kit consists of 2 plates, and will be shipped as bacterial glycerol stocks, 96-well format, on dry ice. Samples should be frozen at -80°C immediately upon arrival. Individual plasmids can be ordered from each plasmid page and will be shipped as bacterial stabs.
