• Hotfix (2022-12-15): Fixed an issue that prevented Exsanguinate's cooldown from resetting after encounters.
  
• Hotfix (2022-11-04): Fixed an issue preventing the Exsanguinate talent from benefitting from increased range provided by the [Acrobatic Strikes] talent.
  
• Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Cooldown increased to 3 min (was 45 sec). Now a row 5 Assassination talent (was a level 45 Assassination talent).
  
• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now available at level 45 (was 90).
  
• Patch 7.2.5 (2017-06-13):
  • Exsanguinate now causes your Bleed effects to bleed out 150% (was 100%) faster.
  • Exsanguinate now costs 25 Energy.
