Other options
The conference venue is closely situated to the Red Hop-on Hop-off main bus stop on Long Street, just . The Red Bus network has 30 stops which can take visitors to over 50 sites across Cape Town. It is a great way to visit Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens or the penguins in Simon's Town. See the map on the right for the location of the bus stop. Tickets can be bought there.
Another option is to take one of the two different free walking tours. The tour guides meet at Greenmarket Square which is just down the road (on Burg Street) from the main conference venue. The walking tours depart at 10:30, 11:00, 14:00, and 16:20.
