Two 3.5 hour sessions covering all topics of being an elite athlete including -Mental skills for competition and practice -Nutrition/ weight management -Technical wrestling (freestyle, greco, folkstyle take-downs and turns) - Lots of FUN We can adjust camp to fit your team's needs basics, advance match strategy, and anything in-between. I coach girls, boys, women, and men in the sport of wrestling. Help me inspire a generation of athletes to dream bigger sooner.
