    Today 3yrs ago , I didn’t have my best day, but my parents, coaches & many wise people I’ve met in the sport of running taught me 2 “Finish what you start & make the most of it.” I did just that in Rio, even though it meant stopping 7X & falling at the finish. run 2 win
