Olympic Review

The oldest regular publication of the International Olympic Committee, the Olympic Review is the official magazine of the Olympic Movement. Published quarterly in English, French and Spanish, its content is a mix of official news and information as well as more in-depth features on topics of interest to the sporting movement.

The Olympic Charter is the codification of the Fundamental Principles, Rules and Bye-laws adopted by the International Olympic Committee. It governs the organisation and running of the Olympic Movement and sets the conditions for the celebration of the Olympic Games.

The Code of Ethics, which is an integral part of the Olympic Charter, is a framework of ethical principles based upon the Olympic values and principles. The 2016 edition of the IOC Code of Ethics provides a clear explanation of the scope of application of the Code, a description of the fundamental principles of Olympism, definitions of what constitutes integrity of conduct and integrity of competitions for the IOC and the main Olympic Movement stakeholders, as well as reporting obligations.

The IOC Annual Reports include a comprehensive account of all the activities of the IOC during the previous year and outline efforts put in place to increase transparency, improve governance and set higher ethical standards. They also include the Auditors Report and the financial statements.
