Performances

Each competitor performs two sets of 10 routines – single, double or triple somersaults, with and without twists.

Start

After the judge gives the signal, the gymnast must start their performance within one minute, during which they are allowed to jump on the trampoline until they reach the required height and stability.

Scoring

Performances are assessed by a panel of judges who award points for execution, degree of difficulty and time of flight.

Footwear

Athletes can perform in socks or shoes specially designed for trampoline, but are not allowed to compete barefoot.

Trampoline

The trampoline has a rectangular metal frame to which a woven nylon fabric is affixed by springs.
