Nigeria: More Winners Emerge in Nokia Millionaire Promo

Seven more lucky millionaires have emerged in the Nokia Asha Millionaire Promo organised by mobile phone manufacturer, Nokia.

With the emergence of this new set of winners, the promo has thus produced a total of twenty-one lucky winners of one million naira cash prize having produced a total of 14 winners in the previous draws.

Speaking during the presentation of cheques to the winners at a ceremony held in Lagos, Head of Sales Operations, Nokia West Africa, 'Ladi Oyatayo, described the Nokia Asha Christmas Millionaire promo as another way of connecting with the customers and entrenching affinity with the brand.

"Nokia is always willing to give back to our esteemed customers and since the Christmas season is usually a period to share joy and make people happy, we introduced the Nokia Asha Christmas Millionaire promo to share the joy and happiness with our customers" he said.

While assuring numerous customers who were not lucky to win that better days are ahead, Oyatayo congratulated the winners, promising that the company would continue to support Nigerian consumers.

Commenting on the transparency of the promo, Head of Regulatory and Monitoring, National Lottery Regulatory Commission, Carlix Ita, commended Nokia for upholding the trust repose in them by the public and ensuring that the promo is free and fair.

Speaking on behalf of other winners, Ogundipe Desodun applauded the company for the kind gesture. She stated that she bought her Nokia Asha phone and entered for the draw, adding that she was both excited and skeptical when she received the call informing her that she had won.
