Are there still a lot of foreign companies left in Zimbabwe? I thought that nowadays most foreign companies there would be Chinese, and Mugabe better does not mess with them as they one of his lifelines.

It's sad to read that article, and there seems no hope right now. Nearby Mozambique meanwhile has started to develop, also fuelled by exports of coal to China. But I fear that Madagaskar still has to find its place in the global economy. No easy task.
