I am an Indian citizen residing in the United States and will be traveling to India from December 10th to January 9th with a layover at Istanbul Airport (flying via Turkish Airlines). I hold a valid Indian passport and an Advanced Parole document for re-entry into the U.S.

Do I still need a transit visa for Turkey?

Surname correction on Evisa- From SHARAMA to SHARMA

Dear Sir/Maam,
I seek your help on the error made in my wife's e-visa. We are travelling for holiday from 16/Nov to 25/Nov. In her e-visa no 2018192088001 by mistake there is a Typo error in the Surname. It should be Sharma but it is mentioned as Sharama. All other passport details and name are correct.
Request you to please advise on how to make the CORRECTION so that there is No issues in travelling to Turkey.

Calculating days of stay

Good morning
My question refers to tourist stays with an Italian passport
It seems to me that the system (not simple, at least for me) is sometimes interpreted in different ways. For example, according to the Turkish embassy in Rome, the calculation of 90 out of 180 days must be done at the time of entry into Turkey and the days of stay must be calculated on that.
I had understood that the calculation had to be redone on the day of exit following the instructions of the Turkish Consulate in Milan.
The result changes a lot in the case of more than one stay, the first calculation is much more restrictive, here is my example:

Entry 18/April /2024 Exit 5/June/2024

New entry 01/October/2024

With the calculation done only at entry, the stay is allowed only until 11 November
With the calculation redone on the day of exit, November 25 for example, a possible stay is obtained and even until late December.
