Terms and conditions of use

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions (the "Terms") on which you may make use of our website www.theskinny.co.uk (the "Website"), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read the Terms carefully before you start to use the Website. By using or accessing the Website in any manner, you accept the Terms and agree to abide by them. 1.    Information about us

The Website is operated by Radge Media C.I.C. ("we" and "us").  We are registered in Scotland under company number SC310052 and have our main place of work and registered office at M9, Codebase, Argyle House, 3 Lady Lawson Street, Edinburgh, EH3 9DR.

2.    Accessing our site

2.1 Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the Website at any time without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

2.2 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website.  You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your internet connection are aware of the Terms, and that they comply with them.

3.    Registration

3.1 There are areas of the Website where you can register to participate and/or view. The username and password and all other registration details used by you in connection with the Website are personal to you and you agree that you will not permit the use of such username, password or other registration details by any third party and you will not use the username, password or any other registration details of any third party. You are granted access to the registered areas of the Website subject to the following conditions:

12.    Competition Terms and Conditions

12.1  By entering any competition and/or promotion operated by us contained on the Website ("Competition") you accept the following terms and conditions:

   12.1.1    Competitions are open to all members of the general public except (i) employees of Radge Media C.I.C., (ii) contributors to the Website and/or The Skinny Magazine and/or any other magazine produced by or on behalf of Radge Media C.I.C., and (iii) the families of such employees or contributors.

   12.1.2        Only one entry per person per Competition is allowed.

   12.1.3        Winners will be notified via email and will be required to respond within the time stated in the competition text.

   12.1.4        The editor’s decision is final.

   12.1.5    By entering a Competition you warrant that you have legal capacity to enter the Competition (i.e. that you are of sufficient age and mental capacity and are entitled to be legally bound in contract) and that you fulfil any other terms or conditions (e.g. age restrictions) of the Competition.  We reserve the right to request written proof of age of any winner.

   12.1.6    We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if we have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions or other terms or conditions of the Competition.

   12.1.7    While reasonable endeavours will be made to supply the prize as specified, prizes supplied by third parties cannot be guaranteed.

   12.1.8    Entrants agree to take part in future publicity, however, we will not pass your details to third parties without your consent.
