With dual SIM:
- You can make and receive phone calls with either phone number
- Only one phone number can be using the cellular network at a time
Receiving a call while on the other line
If you're on a call on one number, and another call comes in, the other number will give a No Service message unless:
iPhone only

You have Wi-Fi Calling set up and Wi-Fi Calling is available on the carrier's network (for that phone number), and
- You have Allow Cellular Data Switching turned on (you don't need to be connected to Wi-Fi)
or
All phones
- You have Call Forwarding set up to forward the incoming call to the number you're on
- Call Waiting will work while you're on a call
If you have voice mail on the other number and you ignore the call, the call will go to voice mail and:
- You won't get a missed-call notification if the number had No Service
- You'll get a missed-call notification if the number had service (through Wi-Fi Calling or Cellular Data Switching)
