Hadōshō (波動掌 - "Surge Palms") is one of Sakura's special attacks, first appearing in the Capcom vs. SNK series, where it replaced her Hadoken. It returns as an OMEGA Mode-exclusive move in Ultra Street Fighter IV. In Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition, Sakura gains access to a variation called Hogasho when her first V-Trigger is active.
Description[]
Executed by performing a quarter-circle back motion and pressing punch, Sakura envelops her hands in energy and performs a double palm thrust similar to the Hadoken pose. The attack can only hit opponents directly in front of her, but inflicts knockdown if it connects.
The light version hits only once; the medium version hits twice, and the heavy version hits three times. The EX Special variant is a supercharged punch to the opponent's face that hits five times total. The move looks similar to Ryu's "Hadoken" in the live-action Street Fighter film.
