attending an event, commonly a flea market or a festival is traditional, while a smaller share celebrates at home or watches the festivities on TV. The
share of people attending an event was significantly lower in comparison to before 2020, likely as a consequence of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, as over a third of the surveyed population said they would go to an event in 2018 and 2019.
