Just like the internet has made shopping easier for domestic customers, the digital revolution has also made cross-border trade more convenient than ever before. Therefore, it is no wonder that the global cross-border market is growing rapidly. The profitability of expanding sales beyond borders has been discovered by a majority of online retailers and manufacturers: more than half indicated that they ship their products internationally as of 2023.
