Israeli academic institutions see great importance in promoting research activities, including collaborations with international universities. Since 2017, the
number of Israeli postdoctoral researchers in universities in Israel has generally grown gradually, reaching 1,591 in 2021. In the same year, a significant proportion of postdoctoral researchers, that is, over 70 percent, pursued
