The report describes the phenomenon of cyberbullying with statistics facts by gender, age, and race. Cyberbullying occurs in many ways, be it through hurtful text messages, pictures, posting nasty comments online, or creating fake Facebook or MySpace pages, and it often has devastating effects. It occurs anywhere where children have access to PCs and moblie phones and is a major issue that is not going away.
