In 2017, the occupancy rate of city hotels in Tokyo, Japan were estimated to reach 83 percent, an increase by about 13 percent compared to 2011. The occupancy rate of guest rooms city hotels was among the highest in the Japanese capital city, surpassed only by business hotels.
