As of 2023, Netflix employed approximately 13,000 full-time workers, over double the number recorded in 2017. With the help of these employees, 2023 proved to be the company’s most successful year to date, bringing in record numbers in terms of annual revenue. The fiscal year end of the company is December 31.

Given the progressively global scope of the company’s business over the years, Netflix has begun to create an increasingly diverse base of employees.
