The second-largest M&A deal in Russia during that year amounted to 3.5 billion euros, the price paid for five percent stake of Vostok Oil by Vitol Group and Mercantile & Maritime (Netherlands and Singapore). The lowest deal value was made by Rusinvest in Russia, and amounted to 1.2 billion euros for the acquisition of 100 percent stake of Antipinsky Refinery.
