When asked if they had any of the following problems regarding delivery speed, 22 percent of consumers surveyed in 2024 reported that their order arrived much later than expected, while 21 percent said the delivery took place at a different time than expected. Furthermore, 17 percent expressed dissatisfaction with the delivery time offered.
