During a 2023 survey carried out among marketers from the United Kingdom, 50 percent of respondents said that one to three top reasons why their business would not spend more of its marketing budget on advanced TV was the lack of proof for advertising effectiveness or return-on-investment (ROI). The second most important reason given was the lack of willingness amongst marketers to explore new media channels, mentioned by 48 percent of respondents.
