Penetration rate of pay TV in Portugal 2023, by income
As of 2023, in Portugal, there was a connection between the penetration rate of pay TV and income. Households with higher incomes were more likely to have pay TV. Families belonging to the highest income level, the fifth quintile, had a pay TV penetration rate of 95 percent, while families belonging to the lowest quintile had a penetration rate of 76 percent.
