Moreover, cancer and stress ranked second and third among the leading health concerns that year, as indicated by 51 and 36 percent of interviewees, respectively. As of 2023, Spain was among the countries with the highest share of people considering mental health as one of the biggest health problems in their country within a selection of 34 nations.
