Most used digital video services during COVID-19 in Sweden 2020
During the coronavirus outbreak, the use of some digital video platforms in Sweden increased and to others it remained the same. The highest growth was observed with Netflix. At the beginning of 2020 before the pandemic, 49 percent of people watched content on Netflix, while the corresponding share was 53 percent after the outbreak in April 2020. By comparison, the share of Swedes who used no video on demand platforms declined by four percent within this period.
