Opinion on important qualities in hiring process in Poland 2019, by employment status
Among Polish respondents in 2019, opinions on which qualities of an applicant mattered the most in the hiring process varied depending on the respondent's employment status. Unemployed people were more likely to believe that one's qualifications (59 percent) and experience (44 percent) played a crucial part in getting the job. People who were already employed, on the other hand, were much more inclined to believe in the importance of soft skills (29 percent).
