A 2021 survey showed that 7.4 percent of omnichannel users checked prices on price comparison platforms first, while online reviews were the second-most mentioned purchase driver. In the top-five list of most important touchpoints and factors, Italian consumers mentioned the availability of digital payments, with 6.5 percent of preferences.
