Dawnstar is a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes from the 31st century.
Season Eleven[]
Like other members of the Legion of Super-Heroes, Dawnstar responded to Brainiac 5 activating Legion Protocol Six. Together with the other Legion members, Dawnstar helped to save Superman from getting trapped in the star that New Krypton orbits. When all of reality was in danger, during the "Crisis", Dawnstar joined a few other Legion members and traveled back to the 21st Century, where they helped in the battle against the Monitors and Manhunters.

Dawnstar as she appears in the comics
Dawnstar first appeared in Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes #226. (1977). She becomes from the planet Starhaven, a planet colonized centuries ago by Native Americans (who are the ancestors of the Starhavenites). Her wings are the result of her people having been bioengineered.
