Satanic Panic[]
Mr. Kinkle is asked about Satanic Panic by Harvey. Mr. Kinkle reveals that Satanic Panic were a group of kids at school that were looking for a place to practice. He told them they could use the garage so that they would let him into the band. Then one night, he was alone in the garage when Lucifer showed up. He said that he was a talent scout who had heard about Satanic Panic. Lucifer informed Mr. Kinkle, who was a teen at the time, that fame required human sacrifice. He needed to kill a virgin girl and their rise to fame would come immediately. Mr. Kinkle informed his bandmates of the deal proposed, which he turned down. However, a girl went missing the week of the Battle of the Bands — Peggy Lou Simcox, the homecoming queen. She was found stabbed to death in the woods. Mr. Kinkle went to Peggy Lou’s dad and told him that they were involved in her death, so the following day, Mr. Simcox burned Satanic Panic alive in a shed.
Mr. Kinkle is later taken as leverage by Satanic Panic during the Battle of the Bands with the Fright Club. After Sabrina and the Dark Mothers win the Battle of the Bands, Satanic Panic is sent back to Hell and Mr. Kinkle is released. His memory is later wiped by Nick.[1]
Possessed by a Demon[]
Mr. Kinkle and his crew are working in the mines when they are confronted by Beelzebub and Caliban. Caliban tells them the story of the exorcism performed by the Nazarene in Gerasenes of a man possessed by a legion of demons. Beelzebub then releases a legion of fly demons to possess the miners. Mr. Kinkle and his crew are then led by Lucifer and Caliban to the Spellman Mortuary. Lucifer asks if it’s true that Sabrina Morningstar is dead and that Sabrina Spellman occupies her body. Sabrina admits this is true. Lucifer commands Sabrina to hand herself over. When Ambrose raises his wand, Caliban orders the horde to attack, but Sabrina makes the entire army disappear, as well as Caliban. All that remains is Mr. Kinkle, who while under the possession of a demon, charges at Sabrina too. And just like the demons before him, Sabrina sends Mr. Kinkle into the Void as well, but he is later recovered by Ambrose and Harvey.[2]
