Breakout! is a comic short story published in the Disney Adventures comics in August 2006, set in the Pirates of the Caribbean world and published under the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest title.
Synopsis[]

Pintel and Ragetti are stuck in prison and trying to escape. As Mullroy and Murtogg guard the prison, Mullroy talks about his plans to get a promotion by getting on the governor's good side during his guard that evening. He notices a stain on his uniform and leaves Murtogg to guard the prisoners. While Murtogg isn't looking, Ragetti manages to lure the prison dog over and grab the keys.
They make their break for it while Murtogg is asleep at his post. Ragetti accidentally knocks over a barrel. This alerts the guards who quickly capture them again.
