City science park partner named

The science park will be run with university help
A developer has been chosen for a science park which is to be built at Emerson's Green near Bristol.

Quantum Property Partnership will also act as a funding partner for the £300m project and will work on the roads and initial buildings at 'SPark'.

One of the first to be built will be an innovation centre.

SPark is a joint project between the South West Regional Development Agency the University of the West of England, and Bristol and Bath Universities.

The RDA has already sunk £30m into the project.
