The Sonora Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 41-year-old Otis Layne Babb, a former Eldorado resident who is believed to reside in or around Grape Creek. A statement issued by the department on Tuesday said Babb is wanted on multiple charges and should be considered armed and dangerous.
