German Teaching 

The German Teaching option is designed for students who wish to become licensed to teach German in grades K-12.

B.A. in Modern Languages - German Teaching Option (K-12) 

The German K-12 teaching option housed within the Department of Modern Languages & Literatures at Montana State University offers a wide variety of coursework and professional experiences both near and far to prepare students to thrive as teachers. Department faculty bring an exciting mix of language pedagogy, film studies and literary criticism to the table, and students have gone on to work with Teach for America, Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange and various companies in Europe and North America as a result.

In addition to a teaching major, German (K-12) is available as a teaching minor.
