The Vori language was the primary language form used by the Vori civilization in the galaxy's Delta Quadrant. This language is used by the Vori Defense Contingent when they indoctrinate new soldiers. When Chakotay was conscripted by the Vori after crashing on the disputed Kradin-Vori planet, his universal translator rendered the alien language strangely, leading to his having to learn some unusual phrasings to speak with the other Vori defenders.
