Xuxiaz is a Klingon Empire star system near the borders of the Federation and Romulan Star Empire, located in the galaxy's Sagittarius Arm, somewhere in the space of the Alpha or Beta Quadrants.

The Xuxiaz system's orbit was the location of a planetary system, with five worlds present. In the local vicinity, Soxak and Xarsoz were 5 light-years distant. When the quarantine zone directive was issued in the 2260s decade, Xuxiaz system was located at quarantine coordinates 45.89.44. (TOS video game: The Rebel Universe)
