Lasja Ihirian was a Human Federation Starfleet officer in the late 23rd century. He was a big, dark-skinned man who wore a Sikh's white turban. He always looked bored when he wasn't repairing badly broken equipment.
In the year 2275, Lasja Ihirian served as one of the sub-heads of the engineering department aboard the USS Enterprise. He managed most of the ship's routine maintenance and repair. He attended the briefing concerning Vulcan's proposed secession from the United Federation of Planets along with other department heads. (TOS novel: Spock's World)
