Daros was a star with an associated star system, located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants.
History and specifics[]
The Daros system's orbit was the location of a number of worlds, including fourth planet Daros IV.
Daros was an F class white star, lying just outside the Organian Treaty Zone on the Federation side. It neighbored a dozen other systems, including the Klethor system, the Miros system and the Tor system (the location of Tor III).
Daros IV was the only class M world in the system, and orbited at an average distance of 1.4 AU, or roughly 200 million kilometers. It was home to an Orion Colony. (FASA RPG module: Orion Ruse)
