Raymond married Louise Mary Raymond (née Conway). On September 17, 2351, Carolyn, their first child, was born. Nearly three years later, on July 11, 2354, Jack, their second child, was born. In 2364, this family was living at 4077-234 Indiana Park, Indianapolis. He was a professor of exosociology at Indiana State University.

Their children were Mary Catherine Raymond (born stardate 40335.3) and Darrell Oja Raymond (born stardate 41103.8).
