"Rishon, I can touch you, I can hear your voice, I can smell your perfume. In every respect, you are a real person with your own mind and beliefs, but you do not exist. You died, along with the others, defending the colony."
Jean-Luc Picard, 2366 ("The Survivors")

The recreation of Rishon Uxbridge by her husband Kevin Uxbridge was done in response to his wife's death while defending the Federation colony on Rana IV from an attack by the Husnock. Kevin, who was a being of extraordinary power, recreated his wife and the home they shared on the planet.

The recreation of Rishon appeared real in every way, and had its own thoughts and feelings. She was hospitable and gracious to guests in her home, and was able to waltz (qualities presumably shared by the original Rishon). However, once Captain Picard of the USS Enterprise-D deduced her true nature, Kevin uncreated her.

As the Enterprise departed from the Delta Rana star system, Kevin recreated his wife and home. (TNG: "The Survivors")

Rishon's recreation was played by Anne Haney.
