Leslie McCasky (born 21 December 1966; age 57) is an actress who had a supporting role as a bar waitress in the Star Trek: Voyager fifth season episode "11:59", directed by David Livingston. She received no credit for this appearance. The trousers worn by her were also worn by Ellen Geer in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "Silicon Avatar" and by Barbara J. Tarbuck in the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "Shadows of P'Jem" before the complete costume was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1](X) McCaskey then appeared as a Nakan colonist in the sixth season episode "Memorial" for which she filmed her scenes on Wednesday 24 November 1999 on Paramount Stage 16.

Born in Evanston, Illinois, she studied Theater Arts at the Northwestern University and earned a BA in Filmmaking from the British Film Institute. She trained acting under Stephen Snyder, Phil Esposito, and Leo Rossi, and performed in stage plays in London, Chicago, and Los Angeles such as A Christmas Carol, Arsenic and Old Lace, and Summer Brave.

McCasky had guest parts in Any Day Now, The Drew Carey Show, and What Should You Do? and featured roles in Night Angel (1990, with Sam Hennings), Wild Wild West (1999, with Musetta Vander, James Lashly, and Ian Abercrombie), and Evolution (2001, with Gregory Itzin, Michael McGrady, Jennifer Savidge, Miriam Flynn, Morgan Nagler, Steve Kehela, John Cho, and Earl Maddox). In 2005 she appeared as a groupie in the NBC special Elton John: The Red Piano.
