The House of D'Ghor (Daghor tuq in Klingonese) was a Great House in the Klingon Empire. A consequential player in the Federation-Klingon War of the 2250s, by the late 24th century it was reduced to dishonorably feuding with the rival House of Kozak.
In 2256, the house held a seat on the Klingon High Council. Dennas, its representative, led a vessel to answer the signal from the Beacon of Kahless. While hearing T'Kuvma lay out his desire to unite the Klingon people, the house's representative was keen to hear more, and asked how this could be done. (DIS: "Battle at the Binary Stars")
During the first months of the Federation-Klingon War, the House of D'Ghor was nominally independent. In December 2256, they and the House of Mo'Kai secretly arranged a meeting with Vulcan to discuss the possibility of uniting against Kol's forces. However, the meeting was in fact a ruse by Kol to capture a high-ranking Federation official. As reward, the House of D'Ghor was officially welcomed into Kol's unified Klingon Empire, and furnished with cloaking technology. (DIS: "Lethe")
Later in the war, forces of the House captured Starbase 1, destroying at least three starships and killing eighty thousand Federation inhabitants, including many of Starfleet's top leadership. (DIS: "The War Without, The War Within")
By the mid-24th century, its enemy for several generations was the House of Kozak. The House no longer held a place on the High Council and suffered a major humiliation in 2371, when the dishonorable actions of the House's head, D'Ghor, led to his discommendation. (DS9: "The House of Quark")
