Dieter Hornemann (born 18 March 1946; age 78) is an actor who worked as recurring background actor and stand-in on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager, Star Trek: Enterprise and Star Trek Nemesis. He often played Vulcan background characters. His costumes as a Vulcan Syrrannite and Klingon prisoner from Enterprise were later sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1](X) [2](X)

Hornemann's film work include Clear and Present Danger (1994, with Harris Yulin, Raymond Cruz, James Earl Jones, Ellen Geer, Beau Lotterman, Reg E. Cathey, Vaughn Armstrong, John Putch, Michael Jace, Cameron Thor, Harley Venton, Miguel Perez, Kamala Lopez-Dawson, Leo Garcia, Ann Magnuson, Elizabeth Dennehy, Aaron Lustig, Catherine MacNeal, Rico Bueno, Tory Christopher, Henry Kingi, Jr., Al Ahlf, Sherry O'Keefe, Lemuel Perry, R.A. Rondell, Irving Ross, Walter Smith, and Charles Tentindo), the drama My Brother Jack (1998, with Rick Pasqualone and Leonard Kelly-Young), and the comedy remake Get Smart (2008, with Dwayne Johnson and Ivy Bethune).

Today, Hornemann resides with his wife Lotte in Santa Barbara, California.
