History

Howard was president of America who was visited by aliens who called themselves the Focus Group. They wanted to take all of Earth's heroes, trap them in their own world and broadcast their stories to the universe. If Howard turned them down, they would launch a hostile world takeover. He managed to free the heroes with use of his Vice President's secret Omega Level powers, and the heroes took down the aliens. Howard then quickly resigned as President.
