History
The history of Gordon diverged from his Earth-199999 counterpart in October of 1983, when Melinda May and Elena Rodríguez showed up in the Afterlife, which was supposed to be secret, seeking help from Jiaying. At the same time as they prepared to depart, the Afterlife was attacked by Nathaniel Malick, who also got Jiaying's daughter Kora to join his side.[1]
While the rest of Inhumans were captured or killed by Malick's followers, Gordon teleported Jiaying to a safe place, later brining her to the Lighthouse to seke aid from S.H.I.E.L.D. They formulated a plan to get the prisoners out and Gordon took Phil Coulson inside for a recon, but was captured and his powers were tranferred to John Garrett. Coulson and Gordon were then locked in an Inhuman-proof chamber, and despite Coulson's protests Gordon used his last strength to teleport them out, dying immediately afterwards.[2]Attributes
