Glitter was a member of the Salvagers, a Shi'ar pirate crew led by Sovel Redhand. When they discovered a reading of Shi'ar technology on Terra, Glitter dismissed the world as being-stone age, but was corrected that it rapidly evolved into nuclear technology in recent years.[1]
