Synopsis for "Old Friends and New"
Miles visits the mother of the young girl he failed to save in Dubai.[1] They're interrupted by a news report showing Frost Giants attacking New York City.
While fighting Rock Trolls in Australia, Ms. Marvel laments the current state of the team. With her newly global team of superheroes spread too thin fighting the mythic creatures invading Midgard.
In Queens, Pinpoint meets Cyclops who takes charge in leading the champions against the rock trolls. Cyclops tells Kamala he remembers her from when his younger self's memories merged with his own. He then gives her the inspiration she needs to take back control of the team.
