History

Cara was a mutant living in Louisiana that tried to stand up against an anti-mutant mob. Gambit stopped one of the bigots from assaulting Cara and dispersed the crowd. A driver then stopped at the scene and pulled out a gun. Gambit managed to knock him out with a kinetically-charged playing card, but not before he shot and killed Cara.
