A secret science order within the Accuser Corps, the Black Judges sought to create a weaponized slave catalyst for a hive species. After failing with the Tal Ba-Rii, the Sidri, tne Phalanx and the Gu'Knoiss and a lesser success with the Scatter, they succeeded with the Brood through the creation of the King Egg.[1]
