History

The Bio-Coms (Biological Combat Units) were beings created artificially by the Secret Empire using genetics. Viper, head of the Secret Empire at the time, intended to use the Bio-Coms to sell them as combat units. When Hawkeye and Rover (himself a creation of the Secret Empire) assaulted the Secret Empire's facility in the Amazon Jungle, Viper unleashed the Bio-Coms against them, but Hawkeye managed to subdue them.
