Santiago is a crime dealer working for Stan Pines, who asks him for pug trafficking in the U.S. border.

History

Season 2

He appears briefly in "The Last Mabelcorn," when Stan gives him a number of barrels full of pugs to shipped across the U.S. border in 24 hours and hands Santiago the last one and tells him (in Spanish) to get a move on.

After Mabel fires a crossbow through a window, Stan mistakes that the police has come and tells Santiago to drive off immediately.

Appearance

Santiago is a tough looking man, who wears an eye patch, a red white spotted headband black gloves, and tattoos on his arms.
